Event policies

• Organizers reserve right to entry based on capacity of the auditorium.
• Seat allocation at the event is on first come first serve basis.
• No pets are allowed.
• All cell phones must be on silence mode or switched off. Any kind of video or audio recording is not allowed during the course of the event.
• Event location has parking for a fixed number of vehicles. Event organizers are not responsible for vehicles and belongings inside the vehicles.
• No littering is allowed.
• Please do not bring any food items or drinks at the event.
• As a courtesy to the audience, and to make the most of this beautiful event, please avoid any noise interruptions (for example, cellphones, small children etc.).
• Organizers reserve the right to update any event policy.
